We have been dating for over 7 months and she lives just over an hour away. It seems like just far enough and just close enough. We try and see each other as much as possible (sometimes 5 nights a week) but it does get tough because of costs, time and sleep lost, and being away from your own home when visiting. Any tips on maintaining a relationship like this?

I am planning to study abroad next year and I would like any tips that you know of to maintain a long distance relationship. She is a friend and a possible love interest. If there is any way I can at least keep the flow of communication open, let me know please.
